PURPOSE: A method for incinerating and melting waste using pure oxygen and a device thereof are provided to facilitate the separation of CO2 included in combustion gas generated after incineration and to recycle waste by processing incineration ash as slag by melting. CONSTITUTION: A method for incinerating and melting waste and a device thereof comprises an incineration melting furnace(10), a condenser(30), and an oxygen and carbon dioxide separator(40). The incineration melting furnace incinerates and melts waste using pure oxygen. The condenser condenses and separates water in combustion gas discharged from the incineration melting furnace. The oxygen and carbon dioxide separator separates oxygen and carbon dioxide from the combustion gas.
