<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing sintered ore which can suitably produce pseudo particles, and has satisfactory productivity. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing sintered ore is provided in which water and a binder are added to a sintering material and they are subjected to mixing granulation to produce pseudo particles, and in which the obtained pseudo particles are sintered to produce sintered ore, and as the binder, an organic binder including lignin is used. Further, granulation water quantity which is the quantity of water added on the mixing granulation is calculated on the basis of proper granulation water quantity in the case where the binder is not added, and the binder quantity, and is set to be smaller than the proper granulation water quantity in the case where the binder is not added. Particularly, provided that Wb is defined as the granulation water quantity, W is defined as the proper granulation water quantity in the base where the binder is not added, and Mb is defined as the addition amount of the binder×a solid content ratio in the binder, it is preferable to control within the range of W-1.3 Mb<Wb<W-0.7 Mb. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
