<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance efficiency of a coreless electromechanical device by enhancing space factors of electromagnetic coils. <P>SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a coreless electromechanical device having electromagnetic coils with N phases, where N is an integer not less than two, comprises the steps of: preparing N pieces of cylindrical pieces of the electromagnetic coils which are wound M times and have the same shapes, (a); bending coil end regions of the electromagnetic coils toward inner peripheral sides or outer peripheral sides of the cylindrical pieces such that the coil end regions do not interfere with coil end regions of other electromagnetic coils, (b); forming coil assemblies such that conductor bundles of effective coil regions of the electromagnetic coils adjacent to conductor bundles forming effective coil regions of the other electromagnetic coils are brought into contact with one another, (c); forming the electromagnetic coils disposed in a cylindrical shape by disposing P pieces of coil assemblies, where P is an integer not less than two, side by side such that the coil assemblies do not overlap with one another in a radial direction of a cylinder and that the coil assemblies adjacent to one another are brought into contact with one another, (d); disposing a coil back yoke outside the electromagnetic coils, (e); and disposing a rotating shaft having a permanent magnet, (f). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
