<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a static eliminator in which rising/falling of a positive/negative pulse voltage to be applied to a discharge needle is quickened and even in the start of activation, ion unbalance can be suppressed. <P>SOLUTION: A static eliminator comprises a switching circuit 20 and a control circuit 27. The switching circuit 20 is capable of switching two connection states of a first connection state and a second connection state. In the first connection state, a high potential side output terminal 12a is connected to a discharge needle 26 and a low potential side output terminal 12b is connected to a ground. In the second connection state, the high potential side output terminal 12a is connected to the ground and the low potential side output terminal 12b is connected to the discharge needle 26. The control circuit 27 controls the switching circuit 20 to alternately switch the first connection state and the second connection state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
