<p>Provided is technology capable of acquiring a logistical route which optimizes total costs including not only transport costs and the like but tariff elements in global logistics design and cost calculations. This logistics design device (100) has a logistics design unit (10) which, using input data for logistics design, performs processing for calculating costs including tariffs for a logistical route between sites.
