AMPLIFIER OF FLOW OF STEERING MECHANISM OF VEHICLE

An amplifier of a flow of steering mechanism of a vehicle is designed to operate together with a hydraulic steering unit. It consists of two identical three-position amplifier valves of continuous action, each of which is controlled by a line from a hydraulic steering unit. Thus, each valve provides the function of dividing the flow coming to the flow amplifier from the actuating hydraulic cylinder. The flow amplifier has two additional lines with fixed corrective chokes connecting control lines from the hydraulic steering unit with respective cylinder lines. The technical result - increase of the accuracy of operation of steering mechanism at low speed of rotation of the shaft of the hydraulic steering unit.
