A vehicle bumper comprises an outer impact receiving element in the form of a housing attached to the vehicle frame by means of arms and equipped with an internal energy absorbing element. The bumper housing is made of flexible elastic material and the internal energy absorbing element is formed by a horizontal metal tube rigidly secured within the housing for creating an air gap. |
