The present invention performs high-speed analysis taking into account collisions and/or contact between plasmodia and the deformation of the plasmodium itself even when there are numerous plasmodia. An analysis device (10) is adapted for analyzing the motion of a plasmodium, and is provided with: a model generator (12) for generating a model of a plasmodium in which there is disposed a plurality of virtual particles for configuring the apex of a tetrahedron, the center of which partitions the plasmodium; a first force calculator (13) for calculating a first force occurring between the particles, which are disposed on the surface of the plasmodium and are not adjacent to one another; a second force calculator (14) for calculating a second force occurring in each particle based on stress and a surface for partitioning the tetrahedron; and a particle location updating part(15) for calculating a force occurring in each particle by obtaining the sum of the first force and the second force, and updating the location of each particle by solving a motion equation.
