<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) capable of suppressing variation in a current density of a current passing through an interconnector and its neighborhood. <P>SOLUTION: In this SOFC, a fuel electrode 20 is provided with a thin plate-like interconnector 30 made of a conductive ceramic material. A conductive film 70 is formed on a surface on the side opposite to the fuel electrode 20 in the interconnector 30. The conductive film 70 is composed of an N-type conductor (for example, LaNiO<SB POS="POST">3</SB>). In general, the N-type semiconductor has a property in which the higher a temperature becomes, the lower electric conductivity becomes (current becomes difficult to flow). Consequently, the electric conductivity becomes lower (current becomes difficult to flow) in a region where a current density is higher in the conductive film 70 near the interconnector 30 (consequently, a region where the temperature is higher). This action can suppress variation in the current density of a current passing through the interconnector 30 and its neighborhood even when this variation occurs for some reasons. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
