<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressing device for a winding element in which the winding element can be flattened properly without any trouble such as production efficiency reduction, device complication, and product quality reduction. <P>SOLUTION: A pressing device 10 comprises a pair of guide members 14, a guide plate 15, an adsorption mechanism 16 and a pressing plate 17. The pair of guide members 14 include grooves 14a which are formed correspondingly to an outer peripheral shape of both right and left corners 1a of a battery element 1 wound around a winding core 9, and support the battery element 1 from both right and left sides. The guide plate 15 supports the battery element 1 from a lower side. The adsorption mechanism 16 adsorbs and holds the battery element 1 on a pressing plane 15a of the guide plate 15. The pressing plate 17 presses the battery element 1 from an upper side. In a state where the wound battery element 1 is adsorbed and held by the guide plate 15 while fitting and supporting both the right and left corners 1a of the wound battery element 1 in the grooves 14a of the guide members 14, the winding core 9 is extracted from the battery element 1, then the guide members 14 are migrated while pressing and supporting the battery element 1 with the pressing plate 17, and the battery element 1 is pressed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
