<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emulsified antiperspirant cosmetic excellent in emulsion stability, improved in the slowness of drying after the application that contributes to a sticky feeling, capable of lasting an excellent antiperspirant effect, and exerting an excellent effect on being washed off from a skin when washing. <P>SOLUTION: The emulsified antiperspirant cosmetic contains (A) an antiperspirant ingredient, (B) a glycerin fatty acid ester type nonionic surfactant with an HLB (hydrophilic-lipophilic balance) of 2-8, (C) a nonionic surfactant with an HLB of 12-18, (D) a higher alcohol and (E) a silicone oil (E1) and/or a fatty acid ester oil (E2).
