<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resolve problems with a conventional electronic device with a stereo viewer which causes a lot of trouble in switching between 2D display (normal display) and 3D display (three-dimensional display) and has poor portability due to difficulty in reducing thickness. <P>SOLUTION: A casing of a display element and a cover of the casing on the back surface are connected to each other with a first rotary shaft. The cover and a binocular lens are connected to each other with a second rotary shaft, and rotated by approximately 270 degrees, respectively. This configuration enables both the 3D display, in which the binocular lens is disposed in parallel to the display element, and the 2D display, in which the binocular lens is received in the casing.
