<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a composition for prevention and treatment of herpesvirus infection. <P>SOLUTION: This is a composition containing a plurality of different antigenic peptides of at least 10, 20, 30, or 40 kinds, wherein each of the different antigenic peptides contains a HLA binding epitope of one or more of the different herpesvirus peptides selected from the herpesvirus peptides with a different amino acid sequence.
