PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camber angle adjustor that reduces sliding resistance between a shaft and a bearing while preventing backlash between the shaft and the bearing.
SOLUTION: A crank pin 93b, to which one end of an upper arm is rotatably coupled, is eccentric with respect to a crank journal 93a. When the crank journal 93a is rotated, one end of the upper arm is moved along a rotation trajectory of the crank pin 93b, to adjust the camber angle of a wheel. The crank journal 93a and the crank pin 93b and, further, a journal bearing 96 and a pin bearing 97 are elliptical. The major axis of the crank journal 93a and the crank pin 93b faces the minor axis of the journal bearing 96 and the pin bearing 97, thereby preventing backlash between the shaft and the bearing. When relatively rotated from the state, a gap is formed between the shaft and the bearing, to reduce sliding resistance.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
