<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit the ununiformity of a space between an electronic apparatus and a wiring board when the electronic apparatus is mounted on the wiring board. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic apparatus comprises: a first plate; a wiring board which is arranged on the first plate and has multiple first terminals on a surface which is opposite to a surface facing the first plate; an electronic component which is arranged on the wiring board and has multiple second terminals on a surface facing the wiring board; connection means which is arranged between the wiring board and the electronic component and electrically connects the first terminals with the second terminals; a second plate arranged on the electronic component; fixing means which is arranged at a region at the outer side of an arrangement region of the electronic component and applies a pressure to the first plate and the second plate so as to narrow a space between the first plate and the second plate; and pressing means which is arranged below the arrangement region of the electronic component and presses the wiring board against the electronic component side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
