METHOD FOR CULTURING PLURIPOTENCY-MAINTAINED SINGLY DISPERSED CELLS BY MEANS OF LAMINAR FLOW
摘要
The objective of the present invention is to provide a novel cloning method resulting from singly dispersed culturing of human induced pluripotent stem cells (hiPSCs) and human embryonic stem cells (hESCs) without being by means of the addition of an apoptosis agent. More specifically, the problem addressed by the present invention is to provide a cloning method resulting from the singly dispersed culturing of hESCs and hiPSCs by using shear stress. The problem is resolved by means of providing a method for culturing pluripotent cells by singly dispersing the cells, wherein the singly dispersed cells are cultured under laminar flow conditions.
