A protein-vegetable roll with enhanced iodine content is characterized in that it comprises a roll base from Bukovynskyi cheese, hen eggs with selenium, mayonnaise with soya oil and a protein-vegetable filler. The latter contains a composite mixture with enhanced content physiologically functional ingredients, in particular iodine, which consists of powder of Laminaria algae, acid curd cheese, powder of pollack, carrot, beet, kappa-carrageenan, electrically activated water (with value of oxidation-reduction potential in the range from -100 to -200 mV), lemon juice, dill green, salt, ground black pepper. |
