The present invention relates to a portable umbrella sheath, and, more specifically, relates to a portable umbrella sheath of which the length can be adjusted in accordance with the length of the umbrella, and which has the shape of a small can during storage but opens out during use so as to be able to protect the umbrella on the inside thereof while still allowing natural shedding of rainwater clinging to the umbrella, and in which the rainwater that collects on the inside does not easily leak outside even if the umbrella sheath is laid horizontally or upended. |
