The strip (10) has a T-shaped holding profile (12) fastened to a wiper arm (50), and a lip body (20) supported in a pivotable manner opposite to the holding profile. The body has three wiping lips (22, 24, 26) at a free end section, where the lips run parallel to each other. One of the lips staying in contact with a surface to be cleaned is elastically deformable opposite to a wiping direction under formation of pretension such that the lip rebounds into an initial position when contact of the lip at the surface is removed. The body is connected with the profile over an elastic rod (18). An independent claim is also included for a windscreen wiper arrangement.
