Disclosed are a complete machine cabinet and a power supply backup method for the same. A plurality of spaces with different heights is formed in the complete machine cabinet. The complete machine cabinet comprises: a backup battery module, the length, width and height of the backup battery module being matched with those of one of the plurality of spaces with the different heights; a plurality of servers, connected to the backup battery module; a centralized power supply module, connected to the backup battery module and the plurality of servers and used for charging the backup battery module and supplying power to the plurality of servers; and a management module, used for managing the backup battery module for supplying power to the plurality of servers when the centralized power supply module stops working. According to the complete machine cabinet in the embodiment of the invention, the size of the backup battery module is matched with that of the space of the complete machine cabinet, so the backup battery module can be conveniently and quickly inserted into or pulled out of the complete machine cabinet, and the space of a machine room is saved.
