PURPOSE: A suction cup and a manufacture method thereof are provided to maintain a stable and strong suction force regardless of a planarization level of a non adsorption surface or temperature change according to season. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a suction cup comprises a step(S100) of extrusion molding of an adsorption plate with a polypropylene material; a step(S200) of first injection molding of a cover layer in an upper surface and edge periphery of the adsorption plate with an elastomer of high hardness; and a step(S300) of second injection molding of an adsorption layer with the elastomer of low hardness.
