PURPOSE: A packet data network gateway device is provided to offer voice and data service in a WCDMA(Wideband Code Division Multiple Access) network and a data service in an EPC(Evolved Packet Core) network to a WCDMA network/EPC network-use communication terminal device in a mobile communication mixed service environment in which a WCDMA network and an EPC network coexist in accordance with a limited billing plan.
