Provided is a method of suspension polymerizing a vinyl chloride-based polymer, in which a vinyl chloride monomer is introduced in an amount range of 50% to 80% of a total input amount of the vinyl chloride monomer at an initial stage of polymerization and addition of a remaining vinyl chloride monomer is started and completed when a polymerization conversion rate is in a range of 15% to 30%. Therefore, a vinyl chloride-based polymer having a less amount of fisheye and excellent initial colorability as well as high polymerization productivity may be prepared.
