The testing device (14) has a measuring tongue receptacle (16) for placing the measuring tongues of a measuring instrument. A force measuring sensor (19) and a measuring tongue sensor (26) are spaced apart at certain measuring distance (24) in the longitudinal direction of the measuring tongue receptacle. The force acting in the longitudinal direction of the measuring tongue receptacle is detected by the force-measuring sensor.
