<p>PURPOSE: An environmentally-friendly structural material by recycling sludge and a block including thereof are provided to save cost and effectively process by recycling the sludge as an aggregate. CONSTITUTION: An environmentally-friendly structural material by recycling sludge includes a built sludge which is coated with primer. The block comprises 12-15 weight% of cement, 24-26 weight% of sand, 24-26.5 weight% of gravel, 25-29 weight% of structural material which is built sludge coated with primer, 8-10 weight% of water, 0.1-0.3 weight% of fluidifier. The primer comprises more than 54.5 weight% and less than 55 weight% of ethylene-vinyl acetate, more than 44.5 weight% and less than 45 weight% of water, more than 0 weight% and less than 0.5 weight% of vinyl acetate monomer.</p> |
