PURPOSE: A matrix type antimicrobial vehicle and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to continuously discharge antimicrobial onto the surface of a package or medical apparatus, thereby capable of maintaining the concentration of an antimicrobial on the surface for long term. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a matrix type antimicrobial vehicle comprises a step of exposing transplantable medical devices under matrix type sterilizing vehicle, and a step of applying the medical devices and matrix type antimicrobial vehicle under an antimicrobial vehicle at 30-80°C for 3-19 hours under atmospheric pressure and reduced pressure. The matrix type antimicrobial vehicle comprises a matrix layer, an antimicrobial discharge layer, and a stripping layer.
