PURPOSE: An image sensor and an image processing device including the same are provided to directly test defects of a row line or a column line by connecting a comparator with the row line or the column line. CONSTITUTION: Each of transmission lines(138_1-138_n) is connected to each of pixels(136). A plurality of comparators(142A_1-142A_n) compare each control signal transmitted through each transmission line with a reference signal, and output a comparison signal by the comparison result. A row driver(116) outputs each control signal for controlling the operation of each pixel to each transmission line.
