PURPOSE: A circuit for driving optical sources, a related lighting system, and a method for driving the optical sources are provided to improve optical efficiency by easily controlling the intensity of light. CONSTITUTION: A power circuit(104) receives a supply signal and outputs DC power through a power output line(106). An electronic converter supplies power to two LED modules(20a,20b). A driving circuit includes two changeover switches. A control circuit(102) operates the changeover switches by a common control signal.
