PURPOSE: A graphene nanosilver photocatalyst substrate is provided to show the properties of graphene, nanosilver, and titanium dioxide in order to be used in touch screen, solar cell, and OLED. CONSTITUTION: A graphene nanosilver photocatalyst substrate manufacture process comprises following steps. A substrate surface comprised of glass or plastic is spread with a graphene solution, and the graphene is coated by evaporation at a high temperature or chemical vapor deposition or plasma-enhanced chemical deposition. The coated graphene surface is spread with a nanosilver photocatalyst solution and evaporated at a high temperature in order to form an electroconductive, transparent graphene nanosilver titanium dioxide electrode on the substrate surface.
