PURPOSE: A method for improving durability of a drawn product using multi-axis knitted fabrics is provided to maintain the orientation of a reinforcing material in an impregnation state. CONSTITUTION: A method for improving durability of a drawn product using multi-axis knitted fabrics comprises following steps. An unsaturated polyester resin, an epoxy resin, or a phenol resin is used as a base material. The 10-50wt.% of carbon black is mixed with the base material, and a resin is manufactured. ' Sheet-shaped reinforcing braid is woven in a multi-shaft, and the multi-axis knitted fabrics are manufactured. The multi-axis knitted fabrics are laminated on each other, and evenly dipped through a guide mold(107). The multi-axis knitted fabrics drawn out after the multi-axis knitted fabrics are formed into steel shapes in a heating mold(109). |
