<p>The device includes a rear end arm cylinder (35) and an equipment carrier (36) for laying a rear end arm (30) which includes a rear end frame (31), support struts (32), a rear end carrier (33), a hinged crossbeam (34) and a mobile crossbeam bar (37). The rear end arm is connected over the rear end frame while support struts are connected to a bridge shifting vehicle. The rear end arm cylinder is supported in swiveling manner on the crossbeam bar to the upper end of the rear en carrier.
