<p>The invention relates to an electrostatic filter, comprising a housing having a portion that has an at least approximately circular cross-section for conducting through a particle-carrying gas flow in a longitudinal direction (L) perpendicular to the cross-section. In the housing, a plurality of precipitation plates are arranged, which are oriented in parallel to one another forming channels extending in the longitudinal direction. In each of at least some of the channels, at least one electrode frame (1) having a plurality of elongate electrodes (8) is arranged. Applying a high voltage to the electrodes causes particles carried in the gas flow to deposit on the precipitation plates, wherein the electrodes (8) are immovably fixed only on a supporting member (3) of the electrode frame (1).</p> |
