PURPOSE: A dielectric ceramic is provided to obtain long high temperature load lifetime and small lifetime deviation in a laminated ceramic condenser by including Ba, Ca, Mg, and V with optimum ratio. CONSTITUTION: A laminated ceramic condenser(1) comprises a condenser main body(5) and a plurality of external electrodes(6,7). The condenser main body consists of dielectric ceramic layers(2) and a plurality of internal electrodes(3,4). The internal electrodes are formed along a specific interface between the dielectric ceramic layers. The external electrodes are formed in the different locations on the condenser main body and are electrically connected to the internal electrodes. A dielectric ceramic which forms the laminated ceramic condenser is represented by chemical formula: 100(Ba1-xCax)TiO3+aMgO+bVO5/2, where x, a, and b satisfy conditions of following: 0.05<=x<=0.15, 0.01<=a<=0.1, and 0.05<=b<=0.5. |
