<p>The arrangement has a transmitter/receiver (SE) arranged at distance (b) from a location of a radio frequency identification (RFID) transponder (T). The distance is greater than distance between a mounting location of the transponder and a nearest outer surface (131) of a shaft (13) of a printing roller (1) and lesser than a maximum range of the transmitter/receiver. The transmitter/receiver is arranged within an angle (alpha) of about 20 degrees from an axis (3) of the transponder, where the mounting location of the transponder is at apex of the angle. An independent claim is also included for a method for transmitting data in an UHF region between a transmitter/receiver and a RFID transponder.</p> |
