PURPOSE: A luminous road stud is provided to improve waterproofing performance by installing a waterproofing O-ring between a case and a base plate or filling the gap between the case and the base plate with waterproofing silicone. CONSTITUTION: A luminous road stud(100) comprises a case(110), transparent windows(120), a luminous lamp, a base plate(140), a fixing post(150), an isolation frame, a solar cell assembly, and waterproofing epoxy. The top and side surfaces of the case have openings. The transparent windows are inserted into the openings. The luminous lamp is installed inside the case. The base plate seals the bottom of the case. The fixing post is coupled to the bottom of the base plate. The isolation frame is installed inside the case. The solar cell assembly is formed by electrically connecting a solar cell, a control board, and a storage battery to each other. The waterproofing epoxy is injected into the gap between the isolation frame and the solar cell assembly. |
