PURPOSE: A dipping suppressing device for a vehicle is provided to minimize injury to the passengers by suppressing the dipping phenomenon of the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A dipping suppressing device for a vehicle comprises a valve plate and a valve plate rotation device(40). The valve plate opens or closes an orifice formed in a piston valve of a shock absorber(10). The valve plate is rotatably connected to the piston valve. The valve plate rotation device connects the valve plate and a front end module(23). The valve plate rotation device rotates the valve plate. The valve plate rotation device closes the orifice when a front side member(22) moves towards the indoor in collision accidents. The valve plate includes a fluid path connected to the orifice.
