PURPOSE: An assembling type electrical heat radiating sheet for curing cold water concrete and a cold water concrete curing method using the same are provided to improve quality by preventing a solidity decline. CONSTITUTION: A heating wire(120) is mounted in a waterproofing sheet(110). An attaching and detaching device(130) is formed at the outer circumference of the waterproofing sheet. At least one conducting joint(140) is comprised at the outer circumference of a heating unit. The attaching and detaching device is formed with velcro. The velcro is formed at the outer circumference of the waterproofing sheet.
