PURPOSE: A cut microfiber pile fabric with excellent absorption and adsorption and a method for fabricating the same are provided to easily adsorb heavy pollutants and to reduce friction on the surface. CONSTITUTION: A method for fabricating a cut microfiber pile fabric with excellent absorption and adsorption comprises: a step of false-twisting filament yarns at a twisting frequency of 1,000 twist/meter or less and setting for 180 minutes; a step of preparing a cut pile fabric containing 50-90 wt% of false-twisted nylon and polyester conjugate yarn; a step of setting the cut pile fabric at 120-200 deg. C; and a step of dyeing, dehydrating, and drying the cut pile fabric. |
