The fastening device comprises a clamping profile for edge-sided suppression of a plate-shaped module (10). The roof hooks (50) are laterally arranged to a mounting rail (20) by a fastening screw (61) which is provided with a fastening nut (62) that is mounted in an undercut groove. The groove is molded in a side wall of the mounting rail for forming a cable channel. A sectional strip is made of plastic or metal, particularly aluminum. An independent claim is also included for a roof hook for mounting of a mounting rail.
