PURPOSE: Interleaving switching device and method are provided to drive a buck converter of a hybrid power supply modulator in a power amplifier and to reduce the number of inductors into one by applying an interleaved switching signal, to reduce efficiency reduction due to a switching frequency increase and switching ripple noise and to increase a ripple frequency. CONSTITUTION: A hybrid power supply modulator device using interleaving switching includes a linear amplification unit generating an output signal by comparing an envelope input signal with a feedback signal, an interleaving signal generator generating the interleaving switching signal by comparing the output signal with the reference signal, a switching amplification unit determining a level of switching signal using the interleaving switching signal, and the switching amplification unit includes a plurality of power cells including a p-type MOSFET(Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor Field Effect Transistor) and p-type MOSFET, and the interleaving switching signal is an arranged switching signal in which the signals are not supplied into the input unit of the p-type MOSFETs and n-type MOSFETs of the plurality of power cells.
