PURPOSE: A crankcase ventilation system is provided to reduce the number of components and to ease the pressure imbalance of a crankcase. CONSTITUTION: A crankcase ventilation system(10) comprises an intake manifold(70), a cylinder head cover(20), a crankcase(30), a blow-by hose(50), and an oil filler cap(40). The intake manifold mixes the inner gas of a cylinder head cover with external air for supplying to a combustion chamber. The cylinder head cover is equipped with an intake manifold and the combustion chamber of an engine. The crankcase is connected with the cylinder of the engine. The blow-by hose connects a crankcase with the cylinder head cover and delivers blow-by gas generated in the crankcase to the cylinder head cover. The oil filler cap opens or closes the engine oil inlet hole formed in the cylinder head cover.
