PURPOSE: A boat with a screw protecting structure is provided to have a simple engine, to minimize the maintenance expenses, and to save fuel by reducing the weight of a boat. CONSTITUTION: A boat with a screw protecting structure comprises a hull on which an engine is mounted; and one or more pairs of twin keels(100). The twin keels are installed in the lower parts of the hull in order to cleave through the water when a ship moves. The twin keels have a streamlined structure which is gradually widened backwards from the front side. Keel protective guides(220) are installed in the end of the twin keels in order to protect the twin keels, and are formed of one of metal, synthetic resin, silicon, and rubber.
