PURPOSE: A cockle spat intermediate breeding system and a breeding method thereof are provided to form the similar ecological condition as the benthic life of cockle spats when breeding the cockle spats in a intermediate breeding apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A cockle spat intermediate breeding system includes a cockle spat intermediate breeding apparatus(100), a bottom unit and a cover unit(120) which is respectively equipped on the cockle spat intermediate breeding apparatus. The bottom unit is formed by densely winding the wool(130) with features that are 3-7cm in length on a bottom frame(110), whereby a cockle spat(200) is settled. The cover unit cockle spat intermediate breeding system has a box shape having a space inside, and is formed by a mesh wrapping around the cover unit.
