The diagnostic device (8) has control unit (22) that drives welding wire feeding apparatus and driving connecting unit (7). The electrical leads at end (2a) of clothing (2) are connected by connection unit (12). The electrical elements are connected by another connection unit for direct control of electric element and for evaluation of electric element.
