PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method by which resin kneaded mixture with less gel is manufactured at high productivity. SOLUTION: A pressure lossΔP of 8.8 MPaG or more is given to resin constantly in a midway position of a resin flow duct 5 through which the kneaded resin containing the gel flows, to reduce the gel in the resin. Concretely, it is preferable to arrange a pressure loss applying device 1, which gives the pressure lossΔP to the resin kneaded mixture, inside the resin flow duct 5 through which the resin kneaded mixture with the gel contained flows.
