摘要 <p>The strand guiding device for guiding a metal strand after the metal strand exits a mold in a strand casting system, comprises: a roller segment (120-k) for guiding the metal strand after the metal strand exits the mold; a segment carrier for receiving and fixing the roller segment; a cooling zone that is provided for per roller segment; a cooling zone-volume flow-measuring device for detecting the actual volume flow of the cooling medium in the cooling zone; a cooling zone-volume flow-control device for determining a cooling zone-volume flow-control difference. The strand guiding device for guiding a metal strand after the metal strand exits a mold in a strand casting system, comprises: a roller segment (120-k) for guiding the metal strand after the metal strand exits the mold; a segment carrier (200) for receiving and fixing the roller segment; a cooling zone that is provided for per roller segment; a cooling zone-volume flow measuring device for detecting the actual volume flow of the cooling medium in the cooling zone; a cooling zone-volume flow-control device for: determining a cooling zone-volume flow-control difference as difference between a given cooling zone-volume flow-set point and the actual volume flow; and for actuating the valve of the cooling zone in accordance with the determination of the cooling zone-volume flow-control difference for regulating the volume flow on the given cooling zone-volume flow-set point; a cooling zone-pressure-measuring device for detecting an actual pressure of the cooling medium in the cooling zone; a cooling zone-pressure-control device for: determining a cooling zone-pressure-control difference as difference between a given cooling zone-pressure-set point and the actual pressure; and for controlling the valve of the cooling zone in accordance with the determined cooling zone-pressure-control difference for regulating the pressure at the given cooling zone-pressure-set point; a conversion device for converting the given cooling zone-volume flow-set point using a given pressure-volume flow-characteristics of the cooling zone in the cooling zone-pressure-set point; a first roller segment having the cooling zone that is partially assigned; and a second roller segment having an actuator in a form of a hydraulic cylinder for varying adjustment of a mouth width of the rollers of the roller segment, where the strand guiding device is formed with a secondary cooling device (110) for cooling the metal strand in the strand guiding device, and the secondary cooling device comprises: a network for coolant pipeline (112) having a cooling zone formed into the strand guiding device as part of a coolant pipeline network; a nozzle device associated to the cooling zone for spraying a cooling medium on the metal strand; a pump device (116) for pumping the cooling medium by the coolant pipeline network through the nozzle device associated to the cooling zone; and a valve (118) associated to the cooling zone for adjusting the volume flow or a pressure of the cooling medium in the cooling zone. The roller segment of the cooling zone is partially assigned, and the valve is arranged for the cooling medium on the roller segment, and forms together with the valve for a cooling water of a structural unit. A clamping plate is provided as a detachable coupling point of the cooling pipeline between the segment carrier and the roller segment, and the unit is entirely removed from the strand guiding device. The cooling zones are arranged over a single roller segment, and are transversely arranged for a conveying direction of the metal strand over the roller segment. The cooling zone-volume flow-control device and/or the cooling zone-volume flow-measuring device are arranged in the area of the segment carrier in the flow direction of the cooling water viewed before the clamping plate and on the roller segment. The cooling zone-pressure-control device and/or the cooling zone-pressure-measuring device and/or conversion device are arranged in the area of the segment carrier in the flow direction of the cooling water viewed before the clamping plate and on the roller segment. The nozzle device has two-component nozzle for use of a water as cooling medium and air as a second cooling medium or a single-component nozzle for use of the cooling water as the cooling medium, and is formed as a nozzle beam having nozzles. A hydraulic valve is arranged together with a plane hole-widening closed loop controller for regulating a flow of hydraulic fluid for controlling the hydraulic cylinder in the area of the segment carrier in the flow direction of the cooling water viewed before the clamping plate on the second roller segment. The first and the second roller segments are same, and the cooling zone is associated to the roller segment. The cooling zone is not associated to the second roller segment. The pump device is arranged apart from the carrier segment, and the roller segment is arranged in a water distribution space. The structural unit has facilities, which are arranged: on the roller segment; the cooling zone associated to the roller segment; the cooling zone-volume flow-control device; the cooling zone-volume flow-measuring device; the cooling-zone-pressure-control device; the cooling-zone-pressure-measuring device; the conversion device, the hydraulic valve; and the plane hole-widening closed loop controller. The valve is arranged for the cooling medium in an area of the segment carrier in a flow direction of the cooling medium viewed before the clamping plate. The cooling zone is formed to extend itself over the roller segments. The cooling zone-volume flow-control device and/or the cooling zone-volume flow-measuring device are arranged in the area of the segment carrier in the flow direction of the cooling water viewed before the clamping plate.</p>
