CONSTITUTION: An earthquake-proof reinforcement structure using a non-welding high strength bolt connection type CFT column(30) comprises a base plate(20), a plurality of slit plates(21), a connection plate(32), and a high-strength mortar filling unit(50). The base plate is installed in an existing column(10). The slit plates are combined with the base plate and are connected to the connection plate. The connection plate is combined with the CFT column and is connected to the slit plate by a high strength bolt. The high-strength mortar filling unit is formed between the base plate and the CFT column.
