PURPOSE: A method for preparing glycosylated flavonoid using a recombinant strain by metabolical engineering is provided to synthesize ramnosyl flavonoid. CONSTITUTION: A recombinant microorganism with TDP-L-ramnose productivity is prepared by transforming with a gene encoding TDP-glucose synthase, TDP-glucose 4, 6-dehydratase gene, a gene encoding TDP-4-keto-6-deoxyglucose 3, 5-epimerase, and a gene encoding TDP-glucose 4-ketoreducase. A method for producing ramnosyl flavonoid comprises: a step of culturing a recombinant microorganism with ramnosyl flavonoid productivity in a medium containing flavonoid; and a step of isolating the ramnosyl flavonoid from the cultured strain microorganism and culture liquid. |
