PURPOSE: A dust collector of a vacuum cleaner is provided to obtain various types of dust storage because a plurality of pressing members presses the dust while rotating to both sides of a fixing member. CONSTITUTION: A dust collector(200) of a vacuum cleaner comprises a dust collecting container(250), a plurality of pressing members, and a power generator. The dust collecting container includes dust storage storing collected dust. The pressing member presses the dust stored in the dust storage. The power generator is connected to the pressing member and provides an actuating force for rotating. The plurality of pressing members individually includes a rotary shaft and each rotary shaft is separated from each other.
