PURPOSE: A damper is provided to absorb and buffer vibration and shock when lateral load, longitudinal load, and roll moment are separately or multiply applied. CONSTITUTION: A damper(10) comprises a cylinder(20), a base member(30), a lower part support stand(40), a first plate(50), an elastic member(60), a panel(70), a shaft(80), and a cover(100). The base member is arranged at the lower part of the cylinder. The lower part support stand is internally mounted in the cylinder and is formed with a first slope(41) at the upper end. The lower part support stand is vertically movable on the base member. The first plate is formed with a second slope(51) for corresponding to the first slope at the lower end. The elastic member is arranged in the upper side of the first plate. The panel is arranged in the top of the elastic member. The shaft perpendicularly passes through the central part of the panel for combining with the panel. The cover is installed on the inner circumferential surface of the cylinder in the upper part of the panel in order to prevent the separation of the panel.
